Scalding tank

The scalding tank is a scalding solution with a high degree of customisability, depending on the space available and the desired capacity of the slaughterhouse. With the scalding tank, the water temperature can be very well controlled, resulting in a constant scalding process. The carcasses are moved through the scalding tank at a precisely determined speed per conveyor, giving them exactly the right scalding time. The use of stainless steel makes the tank robust and easy to clean.
